We have been going to the same Mexican restaurant for over 30 years. It’s been our favorite that long. I think today we found a new favorite. The food just tasted... like quality. I don’t know if that makes sense. Better ingredients, more home made. Mexican can be really heavy. This was delicious and we left feeling so full only because we couldn’t stop eating! From the chips and salsa to the mains. We loved the chips and salsa, the iced tea was perfect, the brisket chimichanga was fantastic (husband is bringing the chicken one home) and my carnitas were amazing. The tacos came deconstructed, which is great cuz I could only eat one! The leftovers I’m taking home should feed both of us for lunch tomorrow! Our server Ryan was really nice but we found the service to be a bit slow and kind of forgetful. There is plenty of parking, lots of seating and lots of views and it’s accessible. We highly recommend La Loma.
We had an incredible dinner here! From the first sip of our margaritas to the last bite of our food, everything was amazing. We ordered the brisket burrito, quesadilla, and fish taco. Each one was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and they went above and beyond. Beautiful location overlooking the mountains.
Always a five star experience, every time we come. Who stops in for lunch on Mother’s Day without reservations????? Yep, we were those people today. Sat at the bar and overlooked the beautiful front range with the drinks perfectly made and food absolutely perfect. What restaurant is worth going to? The one that is at capacity at 11 AM. If you are lucky, you’ll get Josh and Genevieve as your bartenders/servers because they are freaking amazing. This place also excels at ADA accommodations and I’ve always been friendly towards my service dog. It’s so appreciated and one of the reasons we keep returning.
We went there on our 15th Anniversary and without a reservation they were able to seat us (party of two). We heard the view is amazing but it was too dark to tell. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We love that there were Mexican classics as well as elevated dishes. The price points were great. The margarita was yummy. All of our food choices were delicious and we had enough for the next day leftovers. Make sure you get the fried ice cream and coffee for dessert. It was the perfect choice.
Had a wonderful lunch here. Fish Tacos were so delicious, abd perfectly battered, with a mango salsa! My friend had the Pacifica Grilled Shrimp. They were large and served with a Cheese Enchilada, Rice & Black Beans. The view is wonderful. I will definitely visit again. Very classy. The only suggestion I have is if you order a side salad, ask for a larger sized plate as the smaller sized plate loses the salad.
I had a 2nd Date with my Lady and La Loma IS her favorite Mex restaurant and this was my FIRST TIME dining here, and I believe the Red Ranchero Enchalada Sauce is the BEST I have ever had; and THAT is saying something since I had several authentic Mexican places I enjoyed while living in Arizona. Great Views from both Bars, we were at the Back Bar, service Nick and Patrick TOP NOTCH...PJ and J
The steak fajitas were perfectly seasoned! Salsa had great texture and flavor. The flour tortillas are made fresh in-house. My husband tacos were nice and crunchy but lacked flavor. The staff were insightful and easygoing The views couldn't have been better! Overall, it was an amazing experience.
Super great!!! Ellie was our waitress and she was the best! Always checking on us and making us laugh. The food was normal.. the margs were really good (just expressive). Make sure to make a reservation!!
